1. About Us

Watton Dance is an adult dance company offering dance classes, workshops, events and merchandise.

2. Eligibility

Our classes are intended for adults aged 16 years and over unless otherwise stated. By booking a class, you confirm that you meet any applicable age requirements.

3. Bookings

• All class bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• You are responsible for ensuring the information provided during booking is accurate.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

4. Payments

• All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Class Bookings

• Cancellations made before the 48 hour timeframe stated in our booking policy will be eligible for a transfer or refund.

• Cancellations made later than 48 hours notice or on the day of the class are non-refundable and the full class fee remains payable.

• Failure to attend a booked class without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

If We Cancel a Class

If Watton Dance cancels a class due to instructor illness, low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• a full refund; or

• a transfer to another class where available.

6. Gift Vouchers

Where applicable:

• Expiry dates apply.

• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced.

7. Merchandise

When purchasing merchandise:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

8. Health & Safety

By attending classes you confirm that:

• you are fit to participate in physical activity;

• you will inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before participating;

• you take part at your own risk.

If you have any concerns regarding your health, you should seek advice from a healthcare professional before attending.

9. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for exercising within their own physical limits. Watton Dance instructors may offer guidance but cannot guarantee injury prevention.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watton Dance shall not be liable for:

• personal belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged;

• indirect or consequential losses;

• injuries resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance or from undisclosed medical conditions.

11. Behaviour

We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

12. Photography & Video

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform a member of the Watton Dance team before the class begins.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully;

• attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security;

• copy or reproduce website content without permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, videos, graphics and written content, is the property of Watton Dance unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

15. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
